About Me

Dr. Deepti Lele is the Founder of Kirti Training and Consultancy with 15 years of experience in academics, HR, and the legal field. She specializes in Business Law, Labour Laws, HR Management, Cyber Laws, and German. She has served as senior supervisor, paper setter, moderator, and examiner for university-level courses. Dr. Lele has been associated with ICWAI Pune Chapter since 2012 and CS Foundation & Executive Program since 2010. She has also contributed as an interview panel expert for MBA entrance GD & PI processes.
